arrangements are agreed upon (i.e. - frozen semen). The travel arrangements will

be your responsibility to & from our grounds or nearest airport. She will need to

be UKC or ABKC registered & have a certificate of health along with a copy of

her medical records.

She must also have a progesterone test done prior to being shipped to get the best

days of conceivement. Your choice of dog food will be provided by Gravel Pits Kennel.  

Fresh water and food will be available for your female at all times.  To allow the

breeding to go as smoothly as planned, she will be muzzled during the course of

action and only then. This is to protect our dogs as well as the present handler.  

A private kennel will be provided for your dogs stay. Your dog will not be in contact

with any other dogs that she is not here to be bred with. Your female will be housed in

 doors and when she is to be outside for eliminating purposes or is being bred, she will

be secured in a large yard, fenced in by a six foot high privacy fence.

These measures of guardianship we take very serious, to ensure the safety and protection 

of your pet. We will try to prevent your female from obtaining any injury or illness while

in our care.  In the event that she may need to seek emergency care because of something 

we could not prevent from happening (or that was unknowingly brought in).

Gravel Pits Kennel will have professional medical treatment provided to her at the nearest

licensed animal hospital. The owners will be contacted and sent a medical report & bill.

The amount of the bill will be deducted from the stud service fee. If the bill is more than 

the fee for service, Gravel Pits Kennel will provide the remainder of the bill to the owner 

who will then be responsible for the rest of the bill and any follow-up procedures that are

recommended. This is to reassure you/owner, that your female will be safe with us. Please 

don't use this courtesy as a way to mend your sick females. If you are found to do so, the 

owner will be charged the whole medical bill on-top of the stud fee. 

The stud service fee is due before your female is transported to our grounds.  All encounters

will be recorded, photographed, documented, and copied for you/owner. This will be factual

evidence that the breeding did take place.  All of our Stud's are proven & have been used

several times for breedings so you must be sure that your female is capable of conceiving.

Stud service fee is only partially (HALF) refundable if your female doesn't take which has to

be proven and verified by a licensed vet in which all documentation of this is to be provide to

Gravel Pits Kennel. Please know that you can try the breeding again (same female only)

for free if the first time around doesn't take.

This contract has been reviewed by the owner of the female to be bred at Gravel Pits Kennel 

& is signed upon agreement & complete knowledge of the terms & conditions.
